How it works
Standard: HL7 v2 batch and file protocol (FHS, BHS, BTS, FTS)
Formula: BTS-1 = messages in the batch; FTS-1 = batches in the file
Checks: BTS-1 equals the message count; FTS-1 equals the batch count
